Urbanport FAQ

Urbanport is a temporary structure, and doesn’t usually need planning permission. We advise all customers to check with their local authority. We do not take responsibility for this, every borough is different.

The Urbanport needs flat land ready with a power source in place. We can advise on this during our consultation.

There is an emergency exit door that can be used in case of a power cut. There is a battery for fail safe, it will allow up to 5 open and close rounds of the Urbanport without electricity.

It usually takes around 12 – 15 weeks from deposit for your Urbanport to be ready for delivery. This will vary according to seasons and demand.

With every Urbanport purchase, customers receive the added assurance of a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty. It covers any manufacturing defects or issues that may arise during the first year of ownership.
